The short version

• We are not a sportsbook. We take no bets and hold no money for anyone.
• Our picks are estimates made by a statistical model, for information and entertainment. Outcomes are never guaranteed, and you can lose money betting on them.
• You must be 21 or older to use the site.
• A subscription is $29.99 a month, with a 7-day free trial for new members. Cancel anytime, and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

1. Who we are

2. What the site is, and isn't

We publish predictions about basketball player props, with the reasoning behind them and a public record of how every published pick turned out.

We are not a sportsbook or a gambling operator. You cannot place a bet with us, we do not accept or hold funds, and we pay out nothing. If you bet, you do so with a licensed sportsbook, under its rules and the law where you are.

Every prediction is an estimate. Players get hurt, minutes change and lines move; a pick can lose for many reasons. Nothing on the site is financial advice, and nothing on it promises a result. Past results do not guarantee future results.

3. Who can use it

You must be 21 or older. When you create an account we ask you to confirm your age, to accept these terms and to tell us which state you're in. Sports betting is not legal everywhere; it's up to you to follow the law where you are. We may limit the site to some states.

One account per person. Keep access to your email account secure: it's how you sign in.

4. Free membership and subscriptions

A free account shows a few picks a day and the full track record. A subscription shows every pick and costs $29.99 a month, charged in advance each month until you cancel.

New subscribers get a 7-day free trial, once per person. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. If you don't, the first charge is made when the trial ends.

You can cancel anytime from your account page. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. [Refund policy, if any, to be decided.]

Payments are handled by our payment processor, [processor name]. We never see or store your full card number. If a payment fails, we may pause access until it is fixed. If we change the price, we will tell you before it applies to you.

5. Using the site fairly

The picks and analysis are for your own use. Please don't resell or republish them, scrape the site, or try to get around the paywall. [Further acceptable-use terms to be decided.]

6. Deleting your account

You can delete your account from the account page once any subscription has ended. We then remove your email address and sign you out everywhere. We keep billing records for as long as we need them for accounting. See the privacy policy for details.

8. Limits on our responsibility

The site is provided as it is. Data can be late or wrong, and the site can be down. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses from bets you place, whether or not you followed a pick. [Liability, governing law and dispute terms to be written by a lawyer.]
